When She Grows Up

Yesterday at lunch, M told us that when she grows up, she would like to be "a teacher who teaches kids about God." Here is her plan:

1. First of all, she will really, really need a blackboard.

2.. She will write "DOG" on the blackboard, and then she will show the kids that if you put the letters the other way, it spells "GOD".

3. She will also let the kids watch VeggieTales, because that will help them understand the lessons.

With great interest, she asked many questions about how one would become a teacher. As we explained, she decided that she really would like to not only be the teacher, but the one who starts the school. Phil suggested that she could be the principal. She seemed rather reluctant, since she has heard stories of how her daddy had to go to the headmaster's office when he was naughty at school.

M also decided that E would make a great assistant, to which E agreed. So they have it all planned out. For today, anyway. And I think God loves it!
